Education

Education

In times of crisis, education becomes a vital source of stability and hope. For countless children and youth across Lebanon, especially those affected by conflict, displacement, and economic hardship, gaining access to quality education remains a persistent challenge.

Children aged between of 12 and 17 years old, often face complex challenges that reach well beyond the classroom environment. Financial pressures force many families to prioritize immediate survival over long-term opportunities, with education among the first sacrifices.

At our organization, we view education as a fundamental building block of resilience and recovery. Each academic year, we take proactive steps to ensure that no child is excluded from school due to a lack of essentials. We distribute school bags, stationery, and learning materials to the most vulnerable, removing the barriers that hinder regular attendance and academic progress.

But our efforts go beyond access. We understand that true educational impact lies in empowerment. To that end, we deliver tailored vocational training for women—helping them gain the skills needed for economic self-reliance, and youth development programs designed to prepare the next generation for meaningful participation in society.

These initiatives go beyond addressing immediate needs—they represent strategic investments in a future where education serves as a foundation for dignity, opportunity, and lasting change.
